I’m Patrick Burkhartzmeyer, a graphic designer and creative problem-solver with a passion for building clear, thoughtful, and visually engaging brand experiences.
My background combines graphic design, organizational leadership, retail operations, and entrepreneurship. As the founder of Planner Pat Printables, I have developed a successful digital-product business serving thousands of parents, teachers, and school organizations. I manage the entire creative process—from research and brand strategy to design, marketing, customer experience, and product development.
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Drake University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University. These experiences have shaped how I approach design: with curiosity, purpose, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the people it needs to reach.
After recently relocating to Dubuque, Iowa, I’m excited to bring my creative and leadership experience to an in-house design team where I can collaborate, solve meaningful communication challenges, and help brands present themselves with clarity and confidence.
